Refund and Return Policy
All refunds take anywhere between a few minutes to up to 10 business days depending on the payment method you made as we offer a couple dozen payment options depending on your country so it will vary depending on your payment method.
A refund can be issued to you if the following apply below.
My service was never delivered or completed. Can I receive a refund?
If your service has not been completed (sent to you), you can request a cancellation of this service at anytime. Please note that we require at least a 12 hour notice before the service has been completed. Please also note that depending on the service and/or payment method you used, a small service charge may apply.
I failed verification. Can I receive a refund?
If your order fails verification, the order will automatically be refunded.
The item and/or product I received was not as described. Can I receive a refund?
If the product and/or item you receive is not in working condition or as described, please email technical support within 72 hours after delivery to receive purchasing credit. If your product doesn't work or is not the described product, you will be issued a full store credit for the purchase amount. However, we will try to resolve the issue before we take any action on your order.
The item and/or product I received is missing items. Can I receive a refund?
If the product and/or item is missing items on the account, we will work with you on replacing them. You are required to e-mail technical support within 72 hours upon receiving the service for this policy to be applicable for your order. Please note that we also will take a screenshot of what is on the account before listing it for sale.
I don't want this item and/or product anymore. Can I receive a refund?
All sales are final after you place an order for an account. We make all attempts to provide accurate character and account information with enough detail so that you know what you are purchasing. When you receive the information about your account after your purchase, the account is now yours. We do not consider “not liking the account” a valid reason for refunds. However, you are welcome to resell the account back to us.
