World of Warcraft: Transfer Our Accounts To Your Existing Account - Complete FAQ Guide

This can be done if you purchase the following accounts.

Non Battle.Net Accounts
All Non Battle.Net accounts can be transferred to your existing account. This option is available for World of Warcraft, under the "Buy Accounts" section where it says Non Battle.Net accounts.

Customized Accounts
All customized accounts we transfer one character to a new account with your information, however it will not have your last name on it only. All other information will match what you provided us for account information upon checking out.

All Other Accounts
All other accounts are ineligible to be transferred to your existing account. The reason why is that you cannot transfer any character that was not created by you to your own existing account due to Blizzard restrictions. The reason is because Blizzard requires the same last name on both world of warcraft accounts in order to transfer the character from account to account. As a result, if you are trying to purchase any type of account, the same last name will not match your last name so the ability to transfer a character to your existing account is not possible to do.
