On some cases however, the verification process can take up to a week. Our team members do not access your account until your account is ready for review. After we have reviewed your account submission, we can send you payment directly to the payment account that you requested.
If your submission has not been completed within a period of one week, this is probably due to any of the following reasons:
- We did not receive your account information to review your account.
- Your account failed verification. In this case, we will inform you right away of that status.
- Your submission was denied because of an overstock issue. In this case, we will send you an email when you can resubmit your account.
