How do I track my account submission?
Once you have accepted our quote, and submitted your account information, you will now be able to track your account instantly through your membership control panel. In order to track your account submission, please follow these instructions below.
- Register to the Website
- Once registered, click on the option to track your account submission status.
- You'll now be asked to enter your account submission order number. Please reference the image below if you experience technical difficulties with this process.

How can I find my account submission order number?
If you completed your account submission, you should have received an e-mail similar to the one below. Please reference the "red font" as that is where your order number will be in your e-mail to track your account submission status.

I am unable to track my account submission and/or I didn't receive an order number. How can I fix this?
1). Check all your e-mail addresses as we automatically send you an order number upon submitting your character details to our site.
2). If that doesn't work, check your spam/junk folder.
3). If that doesn't work, make sure you are logged into your membership account.
4). If that doesn't work, make sure you are entering the correct account submission order number (7 digit number).
5). If you are still having issues, please contact customer support for assistance.
