Selling Your Account: Forgot My Secret Word

The following games we require a working secret word.

• EverQuest
• EverQuest 2
• Final Fantasy XIV
  
• World of Warcraft

All other games are NOT required to have a working e-mail address attached to the account.

For all World of Warcraft Accounts, please contact Blizzard Support and request to update the e-mail on your account to a working e-mail address.

For all EverQuest and EverQuest 2 Accounts, please contact Sony Online Entertainment Support, and request to update the secret word on your account to a working secret word.

For all Final Fantasy XIV Accounts, please login through the Square Enix website and attempt to change your e-mail on the account where you will be prompted to enter your secret word. If you forgot your secret word, please contact Square Enix Support.
