An escrow service is a 3rd party middleman company which provides you the final layer of added security you may need on an online transaction.

How does an escrow service work?
  • You choose the escrow company you want to work with.
  • We then setup an escrow for you.
  • You then click on the link which the escrow company will send to you which will provide you all the terms of our agreement.
  • The seller will then send the payment to the escrow company.
  • The buyer will then deliver the account information to the escrow company.
  • The escrow company then releases the account information to the buyer.
  • The buyer then has 72 hours to review the account information and report everything is in good standing.
  • The escrow company then releases the payment to the seller.
